📑 Administrative Assistant $20$25/hr DOE | Taylor, TX

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a contractor at the Samsung plant in Taylor, TX to hire an Administrative Assistant .

This is a key support role in a busy construction office working closely with leadership and project teams to keep operations running smoothly. From managing records to supporting project managers, youll be at the heart of the action.

Fluency in English and Korean is required , with Spanish proficiency considered a strong plus.

🔧 What Youll Do:

• Provide administrative support to the owner and project managers
• Handle daily office operations: filing, organizing, and data entry
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and project documents (Microsoft Office)
• Answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and stakeholders
• Track project progress, schedules, and documentation

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in English and Korean (Spanish is a plus)
• Prior administrative, clerical, receptionist, or project coordination experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Construction industry experience preferred, but not required

Schedule & Pay:

• MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday overtime
• $20$25 per hour DOE
