All Saints Episcopal School seeks a team member who has a love and passion for working with daycare and elementary school-aged children in our after-school program.  An after-school program team member is a part-time position that works Monday- Friday from 2:45 to 5:45 PM during the school year calendar.  Team members' primary role will monitor students that stay after school and help them with homework time, recess, and activities.

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Previous classroom or student teaching experience
  • Mission appropriate and with a passion and love for working with daycare and elementary school-aged children
  • Positive member of the school community
  • Able to work Monday-Friday 2:45-5:45 PM during the school calendar year
  • Friendly, pleasant, and welcoming personality 

Responsibilities include:

  • To monitor students after school and help them with their homework
  • Helping to facilitate after-school areas routines and non-academic periods of the day
  • Encouraging a Positive Classroom Community
  • Establish a strong rapport and a sense of authority with the students 
  • Defer to the After School Director for all parent interactions involving a student
