Requirements and Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
  • Traveling for hiring events and contract start-ups to interview and immediately process eligible candidates
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding classes
  • Processing applicant, new hire, and employee transactions through the human resources information system
  • Coordinating employee SIDA badging when needed
  • Managing new hire uniform orders 
  • Coordinate background and drug screening programs 
  • Assisting employees with benefit enrollment
  • Any other duties as requested by the HR Business Partner, Director, or VP

Qualifications:

  • Willing to travel up to 30% 
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools, job sites, and LinkedIn promotion tactics preferred, but not required. 

Location :

  • This is NOT a remote position; Recruiter will be stationed at our Dallas Grand Prairie office. 


Experience :

  • Two+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting for airport facility maintenance, BHS, PBB, GSE maintenance preferred but not required.
