Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Intern to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the architectural field. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning and eager to contribute to various stages of project development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of design concepts and project documentation
- Collaborate with project teams through the planning and design process
- Conduct site visits and gather relevant data
- Create and update architectural drawings using CAD software
- Support in the preparation of presentations and reports
- Research materials, building codes, and design techniques
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passionate about sustainable and innovative design solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
