As a Project Manager you will be responsible for complex AV projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. You’ll provide overall direction and accountability, aligning people, processes, and resources to deliver results that meet company standards.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including safety, specifications, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the pre-sale phase by providing estimation reviews, whether through direct sales collaboration or bid-driven opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive problem solving.
- Mentor Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and Engineers to achieve project goals.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in construction, A/V, or engineering.
- Strong skills in leadership, communication (oral and written), time management, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & project management software.
- Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations is a plus.
