As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of breads, rolls, pastries and other baked goods / desserts.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of baking and prep areas and equipment used by baking team You will work independently for extended periods throughout the day, but will also require you to be flexible and to work as a part of the kitchen staff in order to meet production deadlines and food quality guidelines. 

You will have a range of duties and responsibilities such as:

• Baking large quantities of goods
• Maintaining standards of safety and sanitation
• Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
• Other Duties as assigned

Skills Qualifications & Experience

• At least two years of prior culinary experience; a degree in culinary arts or equivalent certification
• Ability to accurately plan, cost, and manage food costs & controls
• Work ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Knowledge of food values and nutrition
• Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
• Kitchen and baking experience in a fast
• paced kitchen
• Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
• Be organized with a great eye for detail
• Professional communication skills, both oral and written

The starting wage for this role is $17.50/hour.
