Job Description
Bilingual front office candidate needed to receive all walk-ins, candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish take on high volume of calls along with emails on a daily basis with strong sense of urgency. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish to read and write effectively to communicate daily with individuals. Word, Excel are used daily.
Strong Data Entry, organizational skills work together in a small team environment but fast paste work environment. Rotating schedule for after-hours incoming communication calls or emails. Ability to go over questioners in a professional manner, effectively hear, observe and make decisions on your own.
