Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role involves working on multiple high-profile IT projects, requiring strong fundamentals and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and support project execution across various initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Manage multiple high-level stakeholders and facilitate communication.
• Create current and future state process documentation.
• Develop user stories and support Agile ceremonies.
• Assist with project execution in both Waterfall and Agile environments.

Must-Have Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong experience managing high-level stakeholders .
• Proficiency in current/future state process documentation .
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies .
• Ability to create user stories .

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience with insurance or financial services domain .
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools .
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related credentials .
