Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the plastic recycling industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our recycling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastic recycling industry (e.g., suppliers, manufacturers, industrial partners).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and recycling partners.
• Develop and implement strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
• Understand market trends, pricing, and material flow in plastic waste (PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, etc.).
• Source post-consumer or industrial plastic waste and negotiate long-term supply contracts.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of business agreements.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company capabilities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver regular progress reports to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Environmental Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the plastic recycling or waste management industry.
• Strong understanding of plastic types, recycling technologies, and sustainability regulations.
• Include business quote and meet timeline sales .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/business development targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
