Business / Finance Administrator — Shoreline Cosmetic Surgery (Guilford, CT)

Shoreline Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Business/Finance Administrator to manage the daily financial operations of our established cosmetic surgery practice.
The current administrator—who has served our practice with excellence for over 35 years—will provide comprehensive training and overlap to ensure a seamless transition.
Responsibilities include :
Managing patient billing and accounts receivable
Reviewing and paying invoices
Preparing and maintaining financial reports
Reconciling monthly bank statements and deposits
Coordinating with our accountant on sales tax and corporate filings
Budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining organized records
Qualifications :
Bookkeeping or accounting experience
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets
