The ideal candidate needs to be San Antonio based, and able to finish a project in Dallas, due to the client having a project under construction. My client has been operating in San Antonio for over 100 years and have a ground up and Special projects division. They run projects upto 15MM+ and have cemented relationships with developers on the private side.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction site
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Qualifications + Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in new construction as a General Contracting site superintendent, with a clean background
- Can Travel but after that will be assigned projects in San Antonio.
- Ideally built a project as a lead and can pivot to buildouts if needed,
Compensation
115-120 Base
Truck allowance + Gas card

401K + Bonus at end of project
