BRIEF DESCRIPTION: $18-$22 per hour

The Contents Specialist plays a vital role in the BluSky Team, expertly handling a variety of contents cleaning tasks essential for both residential and commercial properties.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field Duties
• Skilled in all aspects of restoration including:
• Pack outs
• On-site cleaning
• Content processing and deodorization
• Upholstery and carpet cleaning
• Content storage and handling
• Water damage mitigation
• Microbial remediation
• Structural board-up and security
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals
• Supervise and manage temporary labor personnel on-site
• Document the overall condition of content with photos prior to packing
• Complete essential paperwork including emergency mitigation spec sheets, daily summaries, moisture tracking logs, diagrams, work authorizations, and inventories
• Ensure the content cleaning and storage areas are maintained to the highest professional standards
• General Responsibilities
• Participate in BluSky's emergency mitigation on-call management rotation
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Adhere to all company best practices
• Perform other duties or projects as necessary

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This role does not have direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including handheld mobile devices
• Ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors/employees
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and planning skills

EDUCATION:

High School Graduate or equivalent

TRAVEL:

Minimal travel required (less than 10% of time). Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
