Position Overview

DoNotCarry is seeking responsible and professional Delivery Drivers to join our team. This position is available for both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexible scheduling options.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders from restaurants, retail stores, offices, and residences. This role requires punctuality, strong time management skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of all deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle that meets company standards.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with clients.
• Properly secure all deliveries to prevent damage.
• Adhere to DoNotCarry's policies and delivery procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1 per mile rate for delivery orders.
• 100% of customer tips.
• Flexible scheduling (Full-time & Part-time options).
• Performance-based incentives may be available.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, well-maintained vehicle with valid insurance.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while following company guidelines.
• Familiarity with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes as needed.

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role.
• Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
