ATT Customer Service & Sales Representative

Your Role
As an ATT Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their wireless needs while delivering an exceptional experience. You will:
Engage with customers in person to answer product and service questions
Provide tailored solutions to improve the customer’s AT&T experience
Troubleshoot and resolve basic account or product concerns
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
Stay up to date on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and services
Work with your team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus (but not required)
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with leadership potential
Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
