Customer Service Representative - Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $17-$20 per hour based on experience

Customer Service Representative - Key Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and assist customers
• Convert potential customers into booked calls
• Set up new customers in ERP and maintain detailed records
• Coordinate appointments and dispatch effectively
• Promote company services and products enthusiastically
• Handle difficult customer situations with prompt responses
• Provide support via various communication channels
• Participate in accounts receivable activities
• Escalate issues for timely resolution
• Solicit and respond to customer feedback
• Meet/exceed assigned goals consistently
