Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work from home, providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire to learn new technologies. Responsibilities will include providing inbound customer support, helping customers resolve basic technical issues, tracking and documenting information in databases, and offering additional products and/or services.
