Responsibilities Engage children in age-appropriate dance activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment. Motivate and lead children through structured classes and activities. Assist with cleaning and maintaining the facility. Communicate effectively with parents and team members. Qualifications Love for working with children, from babies to upper elementary ages. Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including some weekends. Training willingness and ability to take direction. Stage presence and comfort performing or leading activities. Willingness to assist with cleaning and safety procedures. Background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a plus.
