Data Center Maintenance Technician - Sabey Data Centers

Sabey Data Centers is recruiting three Data Center Maintenance Technicians for on?site locations in Tukwila, WA.

Base Pay Range

$54,987.00/yr $82,480.00/yr

Standard Work Schedule

This role operates on a 4x10 schedule. There are one swing shift (1:00?PM11:00?PM) and two graveyard shifts (10:00?PM8:00?AM). All hires start with day?shift training.

About the Role

This position is responsible for the day?to?day operation of a 24/7 data center. Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment, and operating building control systems.

• Preventive Maintenance and Upgrades
• Equipment Inventory Management
• Monitoring and Alarm Response
• Vendor and Contractor Collaboration
• Compliance and Safety
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
• Support to Senior Technicians and Engineers
• Facility Organization
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• General maintenance skills or relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Ability to become proficient in other software.
• Working knowledge of the English language written and verbal comprehension.
• Ability to respond promptly to on?call situations.
• Excellent time?management skills ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Aptitude and willingness to learn and utilize AI tools and technology.
