Job Details Position: Customer Care Specialist Location: Frederick, Maryland Schedule: Must be flexible on working both 1st and 2nd shifts. Schedules will fluctuate, and one weekend day is required. Training: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (first 4-6 weeks) Compensation: $20/hr Benefits: Benefit packages start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Responsibilities We are looking for an individual that will answer incoming communication from customers (phone calls, email and live chat). This person will proactively follow up on all work requests within our clients service level standards. Effectively resolve complex customer service challenges, finding solutions that delight customers. Understand department goals and meet defined metrics. Proactively read and take action on daily operations updates as needed.
