Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to accurately input and maintain data within our systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data, supporting various administrative functions, and assisting in the organization of information to facilitate smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.
• Reviewing and correcting data discrepancies and errors.
• Generating reports and summaries from data as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related fields.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong typing skills and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data entry software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
