COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS / DMD)

Up to $225,568 guaranteed annual Salary
$25,000 Signing-bonus
Up to 6% employer-match on your retirement contribution
25 Days PTO in year 1, jumps to 30 days PTO year 2 + Holidays
Qualified FQHC site - Up to $50,000 in Federal school loan assistance for 2 years of service

Federally Qualified Health Center setting (FQHC) - Qualified for Federal school loan assistance
General Dentistry - Variety of case-mix including crowns, bridges, endo, and dentures
Multiple scheduling options availbale to fit your lifestyle
H1B Visa Sponsorship available for providers with DDS/DMD credentials
