Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create specific and dedicated strategies for in-store visual merchandising initiatives for LensCrafters and For Eyes, down to the segment level.
  • Responsible for ensuring all visual merchandising and in-store marketing initiatives are executed on time and with accuracy.
  • Create and manage Frames Brand visibility calendar & the full marketing project job tracker.
  • Responsible for the development of all in-store marketing activities. Define scope, placement/location and own briefing process.
  • Ensure all in-store marketing and visual merchandising initiatives are communicated clearly and timely to stores, including the business case defining the objectives.
  • Strategic partner to Milan RISC team, Retail Space Management, Communications, Operations and the Field to ensure all in-store marketing timely delivery elements are delivered on time and to brand standards.
  • Responsible for the development of all store marketing and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistent and accurate implementation & execution across all stores.
  • Responsible for all aspects of in-store marketing and visual merchandising budget management including forecasting, execution, and reconciliation, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Train, develop, and lead a team of direct reports to meet all defined objectives, grow the business & brand, and build talent with an identified plan of succession.
  • Ensure all store graphics and prop databases are accurate and oversee database management.
  • Manage all Prop initiatives, including but not limited to, budget, distribution, fulfillment and obsolescence in partnership with Procurement and Supply Chain teams as needed.
  • Strategic partner with Procurement to develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with our vendors.
  • Oversee NRR process to ensure that all in-store materials are delivered on time and executed prior to opening.
  • Strategic partner and trainer Retail Space Management on identifying objectives for Store Excellence survey, monthly store excellence calls, and Brand Ambassador program.
  • Oversee and lead team members in accurate graphics and inventory management processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Business or Marketing Degree Preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising, with multiple brands and/or a diverse and complex store group
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong organizational & project management skills, with a clear focus on delivering results
  • Detail oriented, think analytically, meet and exceed deadlines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment within a complex organization
  • Strong communication skills, building partnerships and alignment cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud & Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business or Marketing degree
  • 3+ years previous experience successfully navigating a highly matrixed organization within a global company
  • Italian language skills an advantage
  • Innovative and disruptive thinking, while displaying an openness to learning and new ideas
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize and optimize A1 powered systems or automation tools

Pay Range: 165,052.80 - 243,145.60

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
