About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in sales and are passionate about building relationships with clients. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in sales techniques, customer service, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Present product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to potential customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing plans to increase market share.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
