POSITION: EVENT COORDINATOR
PAY RANGE: $45-60K BOE + Future Commission

We are currently looking for a full-time Event Coordinator to join our team.
This position is the direct assistant to the sales team helping to plan, coordinate, and execute our events.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Including but not limited to :
•Daily office upkeep, greeting clientele and various delivery vendors
•Support the Design Team with updating and printing menus, menu cards, signage, etc.
•Organization and setting up for successful sales appointments
•Organizing the 'behind the scenes' of every event (paperwork, proposals, etc.)
•Assist with pre-event production (client contact, data entry, design, etc.)
•Data Entry of sales leads, spreadsheets, etc. as needed
•Marketing, networking, and cold calling to acquire new leads
•Trade shows, open houses, mixers, leads groups
•Attending events in different capacities to ensure their success
•Miscellaneous office duties
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
•Jovial, positive attitude!!
•Self-motivated, self-starter, fast learner
•Extensive computer experience (all Microsoft Office applications, Google Earth, Caterease)
•Must be very organized and extremely detail oriented
•Great communication skills
•Ability to think creatively and adapt
•Well-groomed
•Willing and ready to do-it-all!
•Drug Free
•Valid Arizona driver’s license with no restrictions
