Being able to write a fantastic home description, advertise the listing on many social media sites, talking to the clients and other realtors in an articulate fashion is critical. There is some data entry with inputting new homes on the MLS system. This job is for the person who can think on their feet with some basic common sense.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

There is opportunity for advancement for someone who desires to contribute to the growth of our organization while advancing along with it.

  • Listing management / Buyer management.
  • Prepare and set up all open houses. Ensure open house materials are properly retrieved and stored after an open house has concluded.
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
