Job Description Are you an experienced Printer/Copier Field Technician eager to make an impact in a dynamic setting? If you enjoy troubleshooting and have a knack for technology, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities include: Triage and resolve printer/copier issues from clients. Maintain and repair Canon, Ricoh, and HP devices. Troubleshoot and repair copiers/printers within your geographic area. Manage service delivery, including handling escalations. Coordinate with manufacturers and supervisors via ticketing systems. Provide detailed feedback and customer updates. Deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Experience servicing printers/copiers is required. Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
