We are hiring a confident, energetic and hardworking individual for a Termite Service Professional position. Our branch locations continue to grow for us, which provides an opportunity for individual and career growth. This Termite Service Professional role will be provided competitive compensation, company vehicle, gas card and other benefits accordingly (see details below). Requirements

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Termite professional will perform inspections and execute termite baiting installations for residential and commercial clients
\n
• Deliver consultative and informative customer visits/sales calls with the utmost professionalism
\n
• Address and alleviate customer concerns as it pertains to termite related issues and solutions 
\n
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job related items.
\n
• Continually stay up to speed on latest industry trends and training, specifically pertaining to termite control 
\n
• Manage and process termite programs and service agreements accordingly to state requirements and Hawx protocols
\n
• Execute termite graphs and proper treatment recommendations for both preventative and active termite situations
\n

• Tech Literate: Proficient with commonly used documents and software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and capable of learning new software in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.

• Problem-solver: Prioritizes understanding the problem over chasing new solutions. Pays close attention to the details and has a keen sense for what’s not working and how it can be improved.
\n
• Operational Efficiency: Understands operational processes and workflow optimization strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Organization and Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks while staying on top of multiple workflows in process and to achieve those tasks on time and on target.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
\n
• Valid driver's license
\n
• Must be 21 years or older
\n
• Pass required background check and drug screening
\n
• Termite license or certified applicators license preferred but not necessary. We provide on the job training and support license and accreditation 
\n
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
\n
