Job Description

Our client, a leader in property management and maintenance services, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple site locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Locations: Hartland, WI and Brookfield, WI

Pay Range: $28.00

Shift: Second shift (3pm - 11pm CST), with eventual transition to 11pm - 7am CST or 11am - 7pm CST shifts, including on-call weekends.

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Respond promptly to various facility issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.
• Conduct building inspections, monitor utility usage, and assist with energy management efforts.
• Support site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor subcontracted work to ensure quality and timeliness.

What's Needed?

• Basic mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills with the ability to apply them to diverse challenges.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and work at heights up to 30 feet using ladders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
