Title:  Financial Analyst
Location: Westford, MA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range : $41/hr to $43/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “Financial Analyst” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst (FP&A) who can hit the ground running with minimal training. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on reporting experience, and advanced data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing or medical device environment, as these backgrounds align closely with our operational needs. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or similar financial roles
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting
• Advanced proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex calculations)
• Background in manufacturing or medical devices is highly preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot issues and proactively ask questions
• Must be able to start quickly with minimal onboarding
