Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Food Manufacturing Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food processing plant. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality food products while adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards. This position requires a commitment to maintaining compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and CGMP practices.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Valid forklift certification with at least 2–3 years of experience
• Ability to lift 55–60 lbs

Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving and unloading trucks
• Proper stacking and storage of materials
• Following all safety protocols
• Recording materials received and tracking inventory
• Identifying damaged or surplus items
• Maintaining records of warehouse activities
• Facilities maintenance and general warehouse cleaning
• Ensuring equipment is serviced and functional
• Operating twin shell mixers
• Verifying and weighing materials for each batch
• Following manufacturing instructions precisely
• Unloading blenders and weighing final blends
• Calculating theoretical yields
• Coordinating with Quality Control for batch records
• Adhering to cGMP guidelines and SOPs
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
• Keeping all logbooks accurate and up to date
• Forklift- Sit-Down

Skills

• Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP practices is essential for compliance.
• Experience in food safety protocols and sanitation practices within a food processing environment.
• Familiarity with food production processes and manufacturing techniques is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus for material handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills for ingredient measurement and inventory tracking.
• A background in the food industry or previous experience in a food processing plant is advantageous.
