Job Description:

The Full Stack Developer is a pivotal role in our team as we work with our clients to achieve their strategic goals. This role will require you to apply your experience to deliver acute development excellence by way of advisory services, consulting, and hands-on execution, across various technologies, environments, and integrations. 

The Full Stack Developer will work directly with clients throughout the development lifecycle - design, program, test, deploy, enhance, and support/maintenance of applications and solutions needed by our clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Define and implement high impact, mission critical software that client’s depend on for daily operations
• Architect efficient and reusable back-end systems and front end components that appropriately solve business problems
• Be highly technical, and enjoys writing code on a daily basis 
• Enjoy the responsibility/Embrace the challenge of building and maintaining critical software. 
• Be comfortable working within various, dynamic enterprise environments to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly with a strong sense of urgency
• Be attentive to detail and and able to communicate well with business stakeholders. 
• Enjoy actively participating and contributing to planning efforts in collaboration with other M&S Consulting team members.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to architect, design, and build software
• Write clean, scalable code using JS, HTML, and CSS
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Improve existing software
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of programming experience
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL
• 2+ years of experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Sound knowledge of JavaScript, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
