Job Title: Handyman

Location: Pennsylvania

Position Overview: As a Handyman at Pro MS, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our clients' properties. The ideal candidate is a versatile and experienced professional with a broad set of skills in various trades. From minor repairs to general maintenance tasks, the Handyman will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' properties are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action for repairs.
3. Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
4. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
5. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
6. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects..
7. Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

1. Must be Licensed & Insured, and willing to submit W9
2. Have a smart phone to communicate pictures and reports
3. Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
4. Solid understanding of various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work are a plus.
