• a certificate endorsement in the content area of this position.

Responsibilities include understanding educational philosophy, applying knowledge of student development, establishing standards of behavior, organizing class time, guiding learning toward curriculum goals, respecting individual and cultural differences, developing lesson plans, utilizing technology, assessing student progress, creating an engaging learning environment, collaborating with parents and community, and participating in professional development. - Salary: B00/00 - B72/20 ($56,823-$100,155) DOE Physical and mental demands include frequent movement, visual and auditory requirements, handling physical tasks, understanding instructions, managing stress, and decision-making under pressure. Work environment involves a professional setting with diverse individuals, potential exposure to outdoor weather, and moderate noise levels.
