What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on personal care: baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, changing bed linens, and assisting with dressing.
• Monitor and record vital signs as ordered, including temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Execute simple nursing procedures, supporting your team in enhancing patient care.
• Assist patients in self-administering medications under guidance.
• Communicate any significant changes in patient condition to the assigned nurse or case manager.

Qualifications:

• State certification as a nurse aide.
• Completion of training requirements.
• A minimum age of 18 years.
• Current CPR certification or equivalent as required.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
