CLP has built a reputation as an innovative, reliable, and responsive private Utility Development Leader. We support the federal government, military institutions, municipalities, and major utilities across the country with financing, design, engineering, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance for electrical transmission and distribution systems.
The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes. This role involves handling a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, record keeping, and compliance, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Benefits & Compensation: We offer an excellent benefits package that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401k with company contribution, paid time off and paid holidays. Hourly pay rate range: $24.00-$28.84 an hour based on experience plus eligible for participation in Short Term Incentive Plan. We reserve the right to pay more or less than the posted salary range based on factors unrelated to sex.
