We are seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group!

Familiarity with POS systems, Restaurant 365, and prior fine dining restaurant experience preferred. 

This is a great opportunity for any upcoming HR and hospitality management professionals seeking internships/ class credit while getting paid! 

Responsibilities:

• Manage Job Boards for Recruiting
• On-board and create training materials for new employees
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Exhibits professionalism and maintains confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources and Hospitality Management
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated, organized, and accountable. 

This is a full time hourly position $18.00 per hour Mon - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
