Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area (Master's degree preferred).
8-12 years of experience in Systems and Information Security administration.
3 + years’ experience with designing, implementing, and managing Okta.
5 + years’ experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions.
Hands-on technical expertise implementing Okta IAM solution including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless, and Adaptive Security modules.
Experience integrating Okta with systems like Workday is strongly desired.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills required.
People management experience leading IAM engineers and product owners.
Strong IT background and in-depth Identity and Access Management knowledge.
Experience troubleshooting system failures, identifying root cause, fixing issues, and ensuring the availability and integrity of systems.
Experience managing large-scale Identity and Access Management solutions and operations.
Experience developing large-scale Identity and Access Management programs and governance.
Experience with IT Security and related technologies (e.g. IGA, SSO, ADFS, MFA, etc.).
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external teams and vendors.
Excellent understanding of IT security and risk management, strategic planning, and related tactical initiatives.
Thorough understanding of Information Security frameworks and best practices (e.g. HIPAA, PCI, SOX, ISO, NIST).
