Now Hiring: Inventory Specialists – 1st & 2nd Shift

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented  Inventory Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, supporting smooth material flow, and assisting with administrative functions that keep our operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
• Track, record, and update inventory data in Excel and company systems
• Monitor incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies with thorough follow-up
• Support production and warehouse teams with material requests
• Generate and maintain reports related to inventory levels, adjustments, and usage
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the inventory/warehouse department

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, reporting, tracking)
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to problem-solve discrepancies
• Previous data entry and administrative experience
• Resume with solid work history in manufacturing, warehouse, or related environment preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks as part of daily duties

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
