Core Group Resources is looking for an IT Technician to join our team short term! We are an industry-leading recruitment firm focused on helping others reach their full potential. We have divisions that focus on: Consulting, Recruiting, Professional Services and more.

The  IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our users and ensuring functionality of companywide technology. You will be the first point of contact for technical support inquiries and will be responsible for software and hardware up time. This will be a short term, contract position.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in hardware/software troubleshooting


• Experience with MS Office, Intune, SharePoint, and external vendor ticketing systems


• Strong problem solving, customer service, and communication skills


• Ability to multi-task and prioritize


• Experience with remote troubleshooting and technical issue resolution is a plus


• Experience with entry level networking and cyber security
