Requirements:
- 7 or more years of experience in application support and workflow management.
- Proficiency in Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience with modifying configurations, permissions, and workflows within enterprise systems.
- Experience with application-level support, particularly within licensing or regulatory systems.
- Experience with maintaining detailed documentation and logs in SharePoint.
- Experience with meeting defined SLAs for ticket resolution and response rates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve LARS and Zendesk support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Implement requested system changes, update workflows, and modify user permissions.
- Log all system modifications in the Application Change Log.
- Provide timely follow-up and maintain communication logs in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with QA resources and trainers to ensure complete testing of changes.
- Maintain detailed, professional documentation for all configuration activities.
- Provide weekly progress updates on all open configuration requests.
