Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in the area of Insurance Defense.
2. Proficiency in case management software and other legal technologies.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals.
5. A keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
6. A thorough understanding of legal terminology and procedures, as well as the rules of evidence and court procedures.
7. A degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
