Our client, a top-tier litigation law firm in Westchester County , is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to assist a busy Partner. This role requires a sharp, detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle both work-related and personal tasks with efficiency and discretion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly . Must have prior law firm experience supporting partners.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Partner’s busy calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments to ensure optimal time management.
• Prepare and draft engagement letters and other legal correspondence as required.
• Accurately record and enter the executive’s billable time into the appropriate systems.
• Handle personal errands such as picking up medications or dry cleaning, and ensure these tasks are completed promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, exercising discretion and professionalism.
• Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access to important documents and records.
• Drive and run errands as needed, maintaining flexibility to support the executive’s demanding schedule.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary supporting senior executives or partners.
• Previous experience working in a law firm setting is required.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong skills in calendar management and coordination.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be comfortable running personal errands.
• Adaptability to remote work and flexibility in responding to changing priorities.
