TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize logistics and production operations. This role is responsible for managing supply chain processes, improving material flow efficiency, and supporting quality management initiatives to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and evaluate supply chain and logistics processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee job material flow to ensure timely production and delivery
- Implement and support quality management processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor inventory procedures, accuracy, and control
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- Coordinate logistics activities with production and operations teams
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, including forklifts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, production, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and safety procedures
- Forklift certification required
- Experience with overhead cranes is a plus
- ISO 9001 experience preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industrial Distribution or related education is a plus
