Marketing Associate with Restaurant Experience**

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Part-Time Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field. The Marketing Associate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, emails, brochures, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Help manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement with followers, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events or webinars.
- Collaborate with team members on brainstorming and creative sessions.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their marketing potential.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, content marketing) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand development.
Working Hours:
- Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week
