Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation :
- Starting pay: $71,489 annually, with potential for up to a 30% increase based on experience
Generous Sign-On Bonus :
- $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments (at 90 days and 1-year anniversary).
- Requires a 2-year commitment to the organization.

Qualifications:

Degree : Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
Skillset : Experience in hospital-based social work, discharge planning, patient advocacy, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience : At least 1-2 years of relevant social work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Sponsorship : Not currently offering visa sponsorship.
