As a Remote Customer Service Advisor , youll assist customers who have questions regarding their recent purchases. Duties include helping track orders, addressing concerns about order status and returns, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries about recent purchases.
Assist with tracking numbers, order statuses, and returns.
Resolve issues efficiently using problem?solving skills.
Professionally de?escalate upset customers.
Engage in upselling when appropriate.
Demonstrate empathy and strong communication abilities.
Excel in high?pace environments as a skilled problem solver.
Experience in customer service or call centers is preferred, but not mandatory.

Application Requirements:

Must be 18 or older.
High School Diploma or GED.
Successfully pass a background check.
Minimum six months in a customer service role.
High?speed internet (10?Mbps download and 3?Mbps upload) with an Ethernet connection.
Typing speed of 30?WPM or more.
Workspace must be secure with limited access.
Familiarity with iOS or macOS is an advantage.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
Reside in qualifying US locations.

The estimated starting salary is $17.31 per hour, with potential performance bonuses. Salaries vary by location and experience.
