Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive strengths and challenges using various assessment tools.
• Customized Treatment: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support patients' goals and enhance functionality.
• Record Keeping: Keep meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and plans while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Advocacy: Support and advocate for patient needs and help connect them to necessary community resources.

Qualifications:

• Education: Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Possess valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or be license eligible.
• Skills: Exhibit strong assessment and diagnostic capabilities alongside effective treatment planning and exceptional communication skills.
• Physical Qualifications: Capable of assisting and lifting patients, standing for extended periods, and performing job-related physical tasks.
