About the Role
Join our dedicated therapy team as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in a vibrant continuing care retirement community (CCRC). We are committed to enhancing the health, independence, and quality of life of our residents at every level of care.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver impactful interventions in various settings, including:
- Outpatient Therapy: Help residents maintain their independence and wellness through tailored treatment plans aimed at building strength, coordination, and functional abilities.
- Memory Care: Provide compassionate and evidence-based interventions that prioritize engagement, safety, and quality of life for residents with memory care needs.
- Assisted Living: Assist residents with daily living activities through specific therapies designed to improve mobility, balance, and functional independence.
- Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care: Offer comprehensive rehabilitation following illness, surgery, or injury and ongoing therapy to support dignity and enhance comfort.

- Assisted Living: 96 apartments
- Independent Living: 190 residences
- Average Skilled Census: 15-20 residents
What We're Looking For
We seek a clinically skilled, creative, and passionate OT who is dedicated to empowering older adults to live with dignity and independence. Success in this role depends on adaptability, outstanding communication, and the ability to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Strong clinical skills centered on resident care
- Experience in senior care settings is preferred but not mandatory
- A collaborative mindset dedicated to enhancing quality of life
