Floaters are the heroes of our industry. Trained in multiple buildings, floaters are called on to provide extra cleaning coverage for special events, to cover employee time-off requests, or to fill temporary gaps. The schedule flexes between 1025 hours per week based on the needs of the client. Typical shifts are 9am1pm, Monday through Saturday. Flexibility to meet the specific needs of each day is the most valued trait for this role.
