What We Are Looking For: THE LASH LOUNGE at Ponte Vedra Nocatee Town Center in Ponte Vedra, FL (Jacksonville, FL) is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and professional Permanent Makeup Artist (Microblading Service Technician). This candidate must possess excellent client service skills and have exceptional attention to detail. As our salons Permanent Makeup Artist (Microblading Service Technician) you will perform the following essential required functions
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Thoroughly conducts client consultation prior to service application and records notes within clients chart
• Schedule procedures with clients
• Sign up clients with all proper paperwork
• Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care
• Signup clients for touch-up (follow-up) appointments
• Communicate and explain all aftercare instructions to clients
• Help to handle client concerns that arise during and after procedure
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized procedure room/work station
• Responsible for inventory management for necessary items needed at procedure room/ work station
• Responsible for proper sanitization of all implements according to The Lash Lounge protocol and licensing to ensure no contamination of equipment
• Responsible for sharing in general overall general cleanliness of salon, including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked/needed
• Helps promote salon and services at supplementary events, performing services upon request to help build the brand
• Perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, temporary eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, makeup application, and permanent make-up procedures.
• Complete all of The Lash Lounge Required Training
• All other duties as prescribed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Florida Cosmetology/Esthetics License is REQUIRED
• Licensed in FL to perform permanent makeup is REQUIRED
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professional with the public
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Comfortable at educating clients on products and services offered
• Great work ethic, well organized, and extremely detailed oriented
• Ability to engage and retain customers
• Ability to up-sell products and services
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Great attitude and outgoing personality
• Likes to work with people and build strong relationships
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Forms strong working relationships within team and is considered a Team Player.
• Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
• Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement.
• Be able to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading and permanent make-up procedures.
• Ability to pass background check
• Complete all Lash Lounge Required Training
• Must obtain blood pathogen and CPR training: Proprietary Training will be provided on all services.

DESIRED:

• One (1) year of proven microblading permanent makeup procedural experience for Eyebrows, Eyelash liner, and Lips
• Training certificate in permanent makeup from accredited training program

SCHEDULE:

• Hours will vary during store's hours of operations
• Full Time positions available
• Part Time positions will be considered based off certification and experience
